Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, also admits as The Milwaukee monster, (* 21. May 1960 in Bath, Ohio; "† 28 November 1994) killed at least 14 usually black or juvenile men in Wisconsin since 1978.

Dahmers mental disturbance showed up in its youth by cruelty to animals, this however not was already continued to notice, since he was considered otherwise as very shy and inconspicuously. Its development to the series murderer was probably promoted by the insufficient attention of its parents, who preferred its younger brother and at the late dte rodent age independently left it - in the opinion, which different one would worry in each case about it. Later one of its victims could flee, however by Dahmer was again caught, although policemen had become attentive to the bleeding, naked man. Dahmer could convince the policemen however that the victim was its friend (the victim did not speak English) and the two would have had a controversy. Only on 22 July 1991 Dahmers acts were cleared up by a coincidence, when a further of its victims could flee, whereupon the police Dahmers dwelling scanned and found the remnants of eleven different humans (the most black one or Asian).

Jeffrey Dahmer was explained on 15 February 1992 in 15 cases for guilty and condemned to a lifelong punishment. In the autumn 1994 Dahmer, when he deseamed the prison toilets, was murdered as well as another prisoner by a Mitinsassen with a steel-pipe. The murderer called God as "inspiration" for the murder, also an act of revenge for the murder of black ones appears possible, since Dahmer had often black victims, and also second murdered passenger crimes at black ones had committed.
