Jean (Jenny) Olson Lanjouw (* 1962 in Seattle, Washington, "† 1 November 2005 in Washington (D.C.)) were an US-American authoress, a Wissenschaftlerin and a Professorin at the University OF California, Berkeley.

Life

Lanjuow studied first mathematics and economics to the Miamis University (B.A. summa cum laude); Economics to the Delhi School OF Economics, India (M.Sc.) and until 1987 economics and political sciences to London School OF Economics and Political Science. one attained a doctorate to 1992 it in economics. After stations to London School OF Economics (1988.1991) and to the Yale University (1992-2004) it became Professorin at the University OF California, Berkeley.

Jean O. Lanjou was considered as prominent Wissenschaftlerin in the area of the development in the third world.
