JBL is a German, world-wide well-known manufacturer of products for the Aquaristik, Terraristik and Gartenteiche.

Began everything with a zoo specialist shop, which opened Joachim 1960 in Ludwigshafen/Rhine.

Its first product even developed was a means against the "white illness", mentioned in Aquarianerkreisen briefly "Ichthyo" (Ichthyophthirius), named Punktol, which is to be acquired until today on the market. JBL develops and produces in Neuhofen medicines and finished fodder for fish, turtles and reptiles in flake form, stick or as tablet. From flake production to the finished fish fodder tablet the production at the location Neuhofen takes place.

The emphasis is here on the production of fish fodder, which offers a large selection with the NOVO row and the PREMIUM row. Zierfisch medicines, conservation of water means, fertilizers, water tests, pond fish fodder and - preservative agents, filter materials, CO2-Systeme as well as turtle fodder and - preservative agents form the further core ranges in production programme rollers for the production of flake fodder, a special mill, the one particularly fine grinding of the raw materials ensured and a fully automatic filling up race for feeds make possible the production of perfect quality products.
