An intelligence service or also a secret service is one covers operating authority, which collects information to outside, interior and safetypolitical situation and evaluates these. On the other hand also the public prosecutor's offices or the police authorities have the possibility over covered investigators and connecting people secret realizations to collect in different legal orders (for Germany see "§"§110a FF. StPO).
