It contains the overview of all persons, who are active for that the listing leading and intended entrance to Insiderinformationen have. That for example attorneys or the tax counsel of the enterprise can be beside certain coworkers.

Not to take up those persons, who are not obligated in the interest of the emitter to act, are about suppliers or customers of the enterprise.

Securities, which are acted in the Freiverkehr, remain excluded from this obligation.
