The industrial centre Lower Austria south (short: IZ south) is the largest trade area in Austria. Today it extends predominantly over the area of the 1945 destroyed aircraft engine works ostmark surrounded by Viennese new village, conventional man village, Guntramsdorf and Laxenburg.
Today (2005) approximately 280 hectares large areas about 250 enterprises reside also over 10.000 coworkers on that.
