Hugo Junkers (* 3 February 1859 in Rheydt; "† 3 February 1935 in Gauting) was a German engineer and entrepreneur.
Its many patents from different ranges (gas units, airplanes, engines) witness from its enormous creativity. In former times the Junkers "bath furnace" was the epitome of comfort. Junkers had its companies Junkers & CO. 1932 to Robert Bosch GmbH sell, which continues the trade name for these well introduced products up to the today's day.

Beyond that the considerations remained Junkers theoretically.
Hugo Junkers is appreciated of the city of its working in Dessau, with the technique museum Hugo Junkers. Exhibits of the museum are among other things an affectionately restored Ju 52 (also well-known as an aunt Ju), a Junkers steel house as well as many further exhibits from the extensive work field Junkers"´.
