In load-separate resident Eduard Hueck GmbH & CO. Kg is a producer and an offerer of aluminum profile systems and aluminum profiles, acting world-wide. Also over 600 coworkers it is one of the largest employers in load-separates.

History

The enterprise was created 1814 by the brothers Hueck as "factory in various buttons and action in iron, stealing and brass goods". The company name "Eduard Hueck" developed 1864, it has to today existence. The brass rolling mill at the Loher road takes up 1879 the enterprise and the first steam engine is used. 1908 go the first extrusion press into enterprise. In Elspe a rolling mill develops for the production of large sized aluminum and Messingbleche with Hueck 1938. 1952 begin the development of the Hueck system profiles (first object: Blue gold house for "4711 "in Cologne). In Elspe 1962 the aluminum extruding work and the aluminum foundry develop. Starting from 1971 thermal insulated profiles for the HUECK own system are manufactured. 1997 are shut down the rolling mill and the manufacturing is aligned to production and treatment of aluminum profiles. 2001 the purchase Hartmann system GmbH takes place.

Since 1923 Hueck by the way also the stock majority at the company Hella, an important supplier of the automobile industry with today scarcely 24,000 coworkers belongs to the family.
