The term high-level personnel has two meanings,

• In the personnel management a high-level personnel is a person, who occupies a leading place in an enterprise or in an authority.

After conceptions of the psychology persons are, those over an unusual personality profile order particularly suitably to occupy such a place ("guidance personality ").

A high-level personnel must be communication joyful, in order to delegate work and to receive information and motivate coworkers. It has to make certain that for coworkers agreement and understanding exist with the enterprise and/or the authority.

• In physics the high-level personnel is Kraft, which are necessary, in order to hold a moving body on a prescribed course. To its regulation the knowledge of guidance acceleration is necessary. Ideally a smooth guidance runs the direction of guidance acceleration perpendicularly to the course direction. Against it if friction forces arise, then them have also a tangential component, i.e. a component in course direction. A high-level personnel explains for example Kraft exercised by the railway rails in curves on the cars of a course. High-level personnel does not perform a work.
