Herbert Kloiber (* 6 December 1947 in Vienna) is residents of Munich film right dealer and the owner of Tele 5 and the Tele Munich group. Beyond that Kloiber keeps 50% of the shares of the cinema chain CinemaxX AG from Hamburg scarce and is their supervisory board.

He is son of a Viennese Industriellen and studied lawyer.

1970 to 1976 were Kloiber in the services Munich film dealer of the Leo Kirch with the beta/Taurus, a group of firms Kirchs, responsibly for film purchases.

It is carrier of the "Directorate Award" for commitment of many years and successful in the medium business with 32. international Emmy the Award 2004.
