Heinrich of noble from Mattoni (* 1830 in Karl bath; "† 1910 daselbst) were an entrepreneur from Karl bath in after which this very day that is designated Carlsbad mineral waters Mattoni.

Life

Heinrich Mattoni was a buyer by occupation and returned after twelve lehr and moving years into its hometown. Here it leased 1857 dispatching urban mineral water, which it in such a manner successfully led until 1876 that the paragraph of the dispatched bottles Carlsbad waters of source of welfare reached one million. 1867 it had already leased dispatching the welfare water from the source of petrol in the neighbouring Sauerbrunn, to which completely it could turn now. After seven-year-olds lease it had available acquired 1873 the whole place including source of empress Elizabeth. The water filled up under the name Sauerbrunn became by it world well-known. For the dispatch Mattoni let a railroad line establish 1890 after Wickwitz. In his death year the number of the dispatched bottles amounted to 10 million.

Heinrich Mattoni was among other things in the town councillor and with the savings bank of Karl bath active. As a member of numerous associations, in particular at the contactor corps, he played a large role in the urban life. It received high honors, to honour citizens of its hometown and into the nobility was raised. The funeral services for the deceased to 17. May 1910 was according to contemporary reports one the greatest, the Karl bath had ever seen.
