Heike Arnold (* 22 August 1959 in skirt living) is a German Unternehmerin and authoress in the area "new work and co-operation forms".

After training as the nurse it created the enterprise pro Medico, a specialized office for medical text processing in Mainz. The occupation with organizational, technical and social deficits and problem definitions of home and teleworking led to a theoretical argument with the possibilities of the early Internets.

1996 created Arnold the TWG cent ral Office in narrow mountain (Rhineland-Palatinate). Above all municipalities and were interested in the concepts of the TWG within the range teleworking, which publicised and converted the employment of the Webs for the socialcompatible optimization of balancing of work and life.
