Headquarters are specialized line auxiliary places with specializedspecific tasks and without foreign decision and instruction authority. They are formed, in order to relieve instances concerning the decision preparation and control. Beside the Assistenz and the service place rank they among the supporting places in the enterprise, i.e. they serve the fulfilment of an economical major task contrary to line places only indirectly.
