Haushaltsbegleitgesetz in the Federal Republic of Germany a law is called that together with the annual budgetary law and the budget one brings in and in the national budget taken into account changes at other laws makes.

Since in all rule changes at several laws are made, it concerns with the Haushaltsbegleitgesetz an article law.
