Harry Fitch Klinefelter, June, (* 20. March 1912) is an US-American Endokrinologe.

Klinefelter studied on the University OF Virginia in Charlottesville, before he changed on John the Hopkins Medical School, at which it 1937 its conclusion machte.1941-1942 worked it with Fuller Albright at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Harvard. Afterwards it turned back to John the Hopkins Medical School.

it served 1943 to 1946 in the army and returned to to Baltimore where it became 1966 extraordinary professor for medicine.

Klinefelter was concerned in particular with rheumatism tables illnesses, Endokrinologie and the medicamentous treatment of the alcohol illness.

It described 1942 for the first time the clinical indications of the Klinefelter syndrome (also Klinefelter Reifenstein Albright syndrome), which thereupon after it one designated.

Klinefelter calls the syndrome designated after it a discovery Fuller Albrights, "means names only completely selbstlos as the first in the list of the authors permitted ".
