The term hand document is usual among attorneys for a document, which contains only the documents substantial for the procedure or the date. In particular in extensive complaint procedures with hearings of evidence and several dates of hearing it is inappropriate the entire to partly take several binders comprehensive document also to the court.

Also at authorities there are paper for the internal use. The paper of the public prosecutor's office are not subject to the file inspection right. They can contain among other things information about adjusted procedures, see also conclusion note. The public prosecutor uses these additional information for the estimate of the meaning of the case and the accused. They cannot be used as in case of procedures in the current procedure, already adjusted, however in principle debited to the accused.
