Guidance means and resources (Abk. FEM or FuEM) are medium, those the police, the fire-brigades, which emergency services and the emergency services serve to master and/or lead an employment.

Resources are technical devices, for example tools and vehicles.

Guidance means are usually devices of the Kommunkationstechnik. They serve the guidance of task forces and resources (employment line).

General FEM
