Glasmacher is the job title for glass skilled workers. They manufacture the most diverse glasses. Dependent on the product the glasses are mouth-blown either, manufactured by hand or by machine automats.

The predominant part of the Glasmacher works in the glass industry, for example at bottle glass manufacturers, in glassworks (there usually in Studioabteilungen) or in special glass huts with antique glass manufacturing.

Glasmacher take the Wannenofen by means of a Glasmacherpfeife, a long pipe, glass lumps from the port or. These are converted through tricks, blisters and in forms to the desired devices.
