Gynter (* 15 September 1942 in Cologne) is a physician, scientist and writer.

Medicine and science

After its license to practise medicine in the year 1969 Gynter attained a doctorate 1970 in Cologne. It completed training in pharmacology, neurosurgery, nuclear medicine and radiology. After its Habilitation in nuclear medicine it became 1987 professor. Apart from the medical activity he wrote among other things text books, which were translated into several languages, over 150 scientific work and barking trichloroethylene tables of works. In addition it held many hundred lectures in numerous countries. In the year 2002 in Calcutta of the Vickram Sarabhai Memorial Award were lent to it.

Since 1991 Gynter in Cologne has a special practice for nuclear medicine: Thyroid outpatient clinic and center for Radiosynoviorthese (nuclear-medical therapy of painful joint illnesses, e.g. with Arthrose and rheumatism).
