The guideline for the safety device of working premises at roads (RSA) was published in February 1995 of the Federal Ministry for traffic (VkBl. 6/1995, 6. Edition from 2002).

The guideline describes the traffic-legal safety devices of working premises at and on roads. It differentiates internal-local roads (part of B), highways (part of C) and motorways (part of D) according to the ranges of application.

In the guideline kind and extent by sign-postings and shut-off positions exemplarily for different road and building site situations are described and represented in "rule plans" (set of rules technology).
