The establishment of the group of the fifteen (G-15) came on 4 September 1989 in Belgrade (Yugoslavia), from cause of the ninth conference of the non-aligned states. It should serve the co-operation of these developing countries and lend to them a common voice with international summits, in particular with those the world trade organization. The group of the fifteen consists of countries of Latin America, Africa and Asia, which divide all the goal of an improved growth and prosperity. The work principles refer to co-operation of the 15 countries on the areas of the investments, the trade and the technology. In March 2006 there were seventeen members, without the name of the organization changed: Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kenya, Nigeria, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Venezuela and Simbabwe.
