The Greuilh is a French whey cheese from not pasteurisierter sheep milk. It is manufactured in the region Aquitaine. Into the trade that comes much yields and blows cheese vacuum-packed into two to three kilograms. On the markets of the region these so-called Fermi he cheese, which the manufacturer must make exclusively of the milk of his sheep held, after weight one sells. It is a season cheese, which is available only in the time of December to at the end of June
Greuilh is eaten frequently as Dessert. Because of its s¤uerlichen taste it fits very well jam and harmoniert in particular well with Quitten.
