Krautscheid (* 1942) is a bicycle farmer and a former wheel running driver from Bochum.

Krautscheid drove from 1953 to 1966 Radrennen and brought it thereby into the national team.

After its retreat of active racing it trained to the fitter and welder and was based 1977 in Bochum Stiepel a cycle racing specialist shop further, in which it manufactured from the outset own frameworks under the mark Krabo (of "Krautscheid Bochum "). The production of its Rahmenmanufaktur is with approximately 120 frameworks in the year.

Krautscheids of racing cycles are manufactured from steel, aluminum and also from titanium, for which special welding engineerings are necessary.
