God-dear Heinrich (* 12 November 1790 in Greiffenberg (Pommern) - "† 4 February 1862 Berlin) was a director of general post office north Germans of the federation.

Starting from 10 June 1807 was employed in the government service. it went to 1813 as a Freiwilliger to the hunters of the Kolberger of infantry regiment and became an officer. 1815 he was post office master in Bernau with Berlin. In August 1816 it received an employment under Karl Ferdinand Friedrich from Nagler with the Collegium of the general post office. On 1 October 1816 it was promoted to secret post office advice, and 1840 were secret upper post office advice. Starting from 1846 he was a director of the general post office, from 1848 to 1862 director of general post office in Berlin. He suggested king Friedrich William IVTH 1849 the mechanism of regional directorates. 1851 took place under decorating RTS line the reformation citizens of Berlin of the postal service.
