As soon as an incompleteness in the market arises, then there is a further incompleteness, which adjusts the preceding. Offences against acceptance of the model of the complete competition can be tolerated thus, if at the same time further acceptance are hurt. A secondarybest, "suboptimale" solution develops. The firstbest, "optimal" solution cannot be achieved, if individual incompleteness is eliminated, but only if all are eliminated at the same time.
