The gas behind compression matter (short GHD) is in principle equal to the gas internal pressure injection moulding only with the difference that the gas between tool wall and shaped part outer skin is brought. Thus between them a gas pad which helps, to prevent idea places on the opposite view side of the shaped part, develops. Application finds the procedure with strongly webbed shaped parts, with shaped parts with partial mass accumulations (e.g. cathedrals) as well as with shaped parts with long flow ways.
Advantages: - outstanding surface quality tension-poor dividing smaller distortion inclination rigidity maximization by thicker ribs (rib saving) - reduction of the piping the tool is also further conventionally usable.
