Fruit OF the Loom (dt.: Fruit/fruits of the loom) is an internationally acting clothing mark. Based 1851 of the brothers Benjamin and Robert Knight in Warwick, Rhode Island, under the name B.B. and R. Knight corporation changed the company for their name already 5 years later in Fruit OF the Loom.

History

As Firmenlogo they used the painting of a pear, which was made by the daughter of a customer. 1871 were registered the name in the patent office of the United States. 1893 are introduced on the Weltaustellung into Chicago the Logo, which is this very day used in this form.
