Albert Constantin weber (* 1830 in Strasbourg; "† 1903) were a French physician and Botaniker.

It participated as a military surgeon in the French military expedition to Mexico from 1864 to 1867. After its return it described a multiplicity of Kakteen and agaves. The largest part of its work was only published after its death.
