FRIZZ (in former times spare time & culture) is a Freiburger city magazine, which appears since 1986 monthly and is free of charge available.

Editorial profile

Core of the magazine is a monthly culture calendar. with 1000 to 1600 meeting dates in Freiburg and the region. Thematically FRIZZ reports on the theatre, music, and art happenings as well as the club and party life. Firm one columns are also film premieres, new CDs and DVDs.

Since April 2005 gives it with FRIZZ TV Freiburg an Internet to TV program, which offers regional message and maintenance.

FRIZZ as mark

FRIZZ is a registered label name. 19 independent publishing houses between Freiburg, the Rhine Main area and the new Lands of the Federal Republic use the title. However in the southwest there are six independent publications under this name, which cooperates with one another. The monthly pressure edition is in the southwest about 93.000 copies. FRIZZ Freiburg has at present an edition of 18.000 copies.
