Jakob Friedrich (Fritz) Kalle (* 12. January 1837 in Paris, "† 31. July 1915 in Wiesbaden) be a manufacturer, annuitant and politician (liberal party). He is honour citizen of Wiesbaden.

After study in Bonn, Berlin and at the mountain academy free mountain was Fritz Kalle first since 1858 Prussian mountain civil servant and director/conductor of a private pit, until it occurred 1865 the exempt private company chemical factory Kalle Biebrich as a partner. Since 1881 it lived as an annuitant in Wiesbaden, where it had already shifted 1878 its domicile. Here it was 1883 to 1885 member of the local council and 1891 to 1903 unpaid town councillor.

Starting from 1873 and again starting from 1879 Kalle was member of the Prussian Lower House, 1884-1890 member of Reichstag, 1893-1911 member of the district committee for the governmental district Wiesbaden. 1899 were lent to it the professor title, 1907 the character of a secret government advice, 1913 the University of attaining. Kalle was active in numerous caritativen associations, 1871 joint founders of the society for spreading of national education, 1877 joint founders of the association for the keeping of the interests of the chemical industry of Germany. 1895 it introduced the "Wiesbadener system" of school physician controls.
