Fritz Harney (* 24. March 1879 in king mountain, "† 15 December 1953 in Berlin) was a German Industrieller and functionary.

It studied physics, chemistry and political economy. Afterwards it was afterwards employed as an assistant in the German sugar industry as chemists and. Since 1910 it led the sugar factory in Wabern in Hessen. From 1916 to 1945 he was a general manager of the AG sugar factory Nauen and led beyond that in personnel union industrielle subsidiaries, as well as country - and forest-economical goods. He took over in the middle of the twenties the presidency of numerous professional associations. It was characterised as particularly as engaged chairmen of the economic combination of the German sugar industry.

With the sugar overproduction occurring after the First World War 1918 it brought in itself with international negotiations with engaged negotiation fate and fair compromise readiness with the imposition of quotas of cultivation of sugar, - processing, - and export.

It signed 1931 with these negotiations the Chadbourne agreement important for the sugar industry, in which the controlling of the sugar production was regulated corresponding to real market conditions.
