Franc Edward Foley (* 1884 in Highbridge, Somerset; "† 1958 in Stourbridge) were coworker of the British secret service MI6. It made many Jews possible the escape from Germany into the 1930er-Jahren.

This was possible, because he worked for camouflage in the passport department of the British message in Berlin. There it interpreted the visa regulations very generous and issued papers even falsified. Although it actually enjoyed no diplomatic immunity, it got even Jews from concentration camps and hid it in his own dwelling.

1959 were put on it in honours by the saving a on a hill with Jerusalem. 1999 received the title of "fair among the peoples" and a Gedenktafel in the Holocaust memorial place Yad Vashem to Foley. 2004 were attached a memory plaque in Foleys hometown Stourbridge; in the same year on the area of the British message in Berlin Gedenkstein was set up.
