Foxboro is an automation enterprise, which 1908 in Foxboro, were created Massachusetts. Since 1990 it belonged to the British entrepreneurial group of filters PLC. By the union of the British companies of filters PLC and BTR in the spring 1999 it is now a daughter of Invensys.

The entrepreneurial group is divided into four divisions:

• Software of system,
• Automation of system,
• Power of system and
• Control of system.

Product and service achievements

1987 presented for the first time the I/A Series process control system (intelligent automation Series system) to Foxboro. Thousands installations exist world-wide.

To the I/A Series system components Foxboro Life Time performance, maintenance, engineering and Learning Programs developed. The Foxboro remote diagnostics for maintenance offers solutions with problems and losses.

Further the company offers Kundenschulungen for its system.
