A form defines itself as paper to supplementing inscription forms divides one into "forms" and "business prints":
Forms are what the vernacular understands by a form. The word "form" does not originate from latin - there German Roman, but a Germanic language is, is directly wrong the designation form. A form is divided into write fields (e.g. Name), selection fields (e.g. yes/no) and signature fields, whose desired contents are given by guidance texts.
Business prints are letter elbows, the preprinted information (e.g. Company name and - logo,) it contains address, banks account i.e. that no in blank paper is inserted into the printer! The supplementing inscription takes place by means of the contents of the letter with the expression. If the information specified above is printed for example by means of the headline in a Word document on in blank paper, then it concerns here not business prints. Likewise with preprinted information are business prints. The supplementing inscription takes place via the address.
If a form is completely filled out, signed and processed, he becomes the document.
There are forms meanwhile also to increasing extent in electronic form (decision of economy; some forms prove in Papierform nevertheless as more economical); these are filled out, printed at the PC and signed then. By introduction of Workflows can be done with electronic forms also completely without a signature achievement, since logging in prevents the automatic forwarding by means of a password as well as to the next working on instance abuse.
In order to prevent misunderstandings: Stickers, brochures, visiting cards etc. are not forms, it are, them were supplementing marked (e.g. stickers printed on for the inscription of data media).
The difference of form and form is stressed (fat written), however it is not described. The articles to form and form however hardly differ. Altogether the expression is improvement worthy. --MIME 07:46, 23 December 2005 (CET)
