Ford Taunus P5 is a vehicle, which was presented 1964 by Ford. Its internal designation was P5.

For Ford the Taunus 17M became V-4-Motoren (1,5l, 60PS and 1,7l, 70PS) and again for Ford the Taunus 20M V-6-Motoren (2,0l, 85PS and/or 90PS in the 20M TS) develops. The new AUTOMATIC version "Taunomatic" was available starting from 1966.

The car was available as sedan and as combination version tournament, as well as elegant Hardtop The body company German manufactured a Cabrioversion, which came however only on small numbers of items. The series was stopped 1967 and the P5 by Ford the Taunus P7 was replaced.
