Ford Nucleon was a concept vehicle driven with the nuclear power. It was developed 1958 by Ford engine company. The vehicle had no normal combustion engine to separate a small nuclear reactor as drive in the trunk. A filling should be enough for 5000 miles (about 8000 km). The vehicle was produced never, it stands however for a whole number of similar concepts from the 50's of the nuclear era beginning.
