The federal soil law for the protection (BBodSchG) is a German Rahmengesetz of the federation, which forms the main part of the German soil patent right together with the soil laws for the protection of the countries. It pursues the purpose lastingly the functions of the soil to secure or restore. For this harmful soil changes are to be repelled, the soil and be reorganized refuse dumps as well as thereby caused water pollutions and to be met precaution against unfavorable effects the soil.
