Fazioli is a Klaviermanufaktur, which the pianist and engineer Paolo Fazioli opened 1979 in the upper-Italian city Sacile (Venice). For the wings manufactured to a large extent in manual work erlesenste materials are used throughout. Thus the resonance soils consist of fir wood of the Fleimstal, from from where already Antonio Stradivari the material for its play the violin referred. Fazioli builds six wing models of 156, 183, 212, 228, 278 and 308 cm length and with the latter also at present longest series wing of the world, which is available instead of the usual three in addition with four pedals. The additional pedal causes the fact that the hammers in rest position are advanced more near to the strings and facilitates thereby the play in the Pianissimo.

The instruments are characterised by their sound volume, their precise mechanics and an immaculate quality of workmanship. Among professional pianists Fazioli enjoys of increasing popularity, although he is still played clearly more rarely, as the makes of Steinway or Prominent Fazioli pianists are among other things Angela Hewitt and Nikolai Demidenko.
