Today the Fazer group, as Oy Karl Fazer starting from to today an exempt private company, operates in three divisions: in the Catering (Fazer Amica, by the majority in Finland and Sweden), in the baker's shop business (Fazer Bakeries, by the majority in Finland and Russia) and in the business with sweets and wine rubber (Candy King, by the majority in Sweden and Norway). Fazer busy 2005 of approximately 14,700 coworkers in nine countries and converted 975 millions euro in the same year.
The chocolate department fused 2000 with the Swedish manufacturer for chocolate and sweet goods Cloetta to Cloetta Fazer OFF. Label name and Logo Fazer for the traditional chocolate products and salmiakki remained however.
