The European commission is responsible in the political system of the European union the executive and as such for the conversion of the resolutions of Council of Ministers and parliament. Organization

The European commission consists up-to-date of 25 commissioners, of whom one leads the commission as a commission president. She is again occupied in principle every five years within six months after the choice of the European parliament. The commission president is determined by the European advice, thus the state and head of the government, and needs an agreement vote of the parliament.
