An eye flap is an aid, which serves the cover of an eye for medical or cosmetic reasons. It consists of an oval, easily curved bowl, which is put over the eye and fastened in general with a flexible volume behind the head. In addition, the bowl consists depending upon area of application of plastic, felt or leather, can consist of other materials and be provided with an internal upholstery e.g.

The eye flap can serve most diverse medical purposes. Among other things e.g.

  • immobilizing the eye
