EuroNEXT is a "multi-land stock exchange" and/or "four-land stock exchange", it operates the stock exchange into Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, Paris and the option market in London.

Those euroNEXT was created on 22 September 2000 as holding company of Netherlands right by the fusion of the stock exchanges of Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris. At the beginning of of 2002 expanded those euroNEXT by the fusion with the Portuguese stock exchange "Borsa de Valores de Lisboa e postage" (BVLP) and the assumption of the Londoner futures exchange "London internationally Financial Futures and option Exchange" (LIFFE). Today those is euroNEXT the largest transnational stock exchange of Europe.

Those euroNEXT agreed to 02.06.2006 to a fusion with the New York stick Exchange (NYSE). Euro NEXT shareholders are to receive 0.98 shares of the NYSE and additionally 21.32 euro in bar for each euro NEXT share. However still the shareholders of the two stock exchanges and the supervisory authorities must agree.

That euroNEXT 150 index covers the 150 strongest values of these stock exchanges.
