Ernst von Siemens (* 9. May 1903 in Kingston, Great Britain; "† 1990) were a German Industrieller and son of Carl Friedrich of Siemens.

It studied Munich physics at the technical university, before it began 1929 an activity in the Werner work for telecommunication technology in Berlin Siemens city. After it was already five years deputy member of the board of Siemens & Halske before, it became 1948 regular member of the executive committee. It held this position until 1956. From 1956 to 1971 it was following supervisory board chairman the Siemens AG as well as until 1978 simple member of the supervisory board.

Ernst von Siemens was responsible with the union of the enterprises Siemens & Halske AG, Siemens Schuckertwerke AG and Siemens cleaner works AG to the today's Siemens AG in the year 1966.

It promoted both the science and the arts. it donated Ernst von Siemens music price, which was endowed at first with 100.000 Swiss Franconias to 1973.
