The Ernie ball Incorporation is an American guitar and string manufacturer.

Originally 1958 in Tarzana, California based, developed itself the company from a small music shop to one the world-wide most well-known manufacturer of strings for E-guitars and E-basses. The company headquarters is today in San Luis Obispo, California.

From the concept for the draft of an acoustic bass the well-known line of the Music one of basses developed.
