Endress+Hauser is an internationally operating offerer of measuring instruments, services and solutions for the industrielle process engineering.

In the year 2004 the group of firms with 6.294 persons employed gained 784.5 million euro conversion and 41.6 million euro profit. The exempt private company covers 71 societies in 35 countries, led and coordinates from getting thing in pure oh (Switzerland).

Products

Endress+Hauser supplies complete systems and components for the level, flow, pressure and temperature measurement as well as analysis of liquids and for recording of measurement. Beyond that solutions for the integration and structure by process control systems as well as when planning, automation and logistics are offered.

In the year 2004 8.9 per cent of the conversion in research and development were invested and 168 developments to the patent were announced again.

Industries

The enterprise serves customers predominantly from the industries chemistry and Petrochemie, Pharma, food, water and waste water, paper, energy as well as oil and gas.

The customers receive support during the optimization of their process engineering operational sequence under criteria of environmental protection, security and economy.

History

Endress+Hauser was created 1953 by George H. Endress and Ludwig Hauser; since 1975 the enterprise is in the exclusive possession of the family Endress. 1995 took over Klaus Endress the line of the group of firms of its father.

Endress+Hauser developed since its establishment of the specialist for level measurement to the offerer of complete solutions for the industrielle measuring technique and automation.
