Emil Possehl (* 13 February 1850 in Luebeck; "† 4 February 1919 ebenda) was a buyer and of the period of promoterism and early 20. Century.

Life

Possehl occurred 1873 the paternal trading firm L. Possehl & CO and became 1889 sole owners. The enterprise expanded under its guidance world-wide and profited in the raw material trade with ores considerably from the Industralisierung the period of promoterism. With its death the enterprise changed to the Possehl donation into Luebeck, which is as donation of the private right to today exclusive Anteilseignerin.
