The electricity mains payment regulation (StromNEV) is a German regulation over repays for the entrance to electricity supply nets, regulates in the liberalisierten energy market the determination the net-use-repaid for the Durchleitung of river by the nets of the electricity mains operators to the consumers. It replaced the regulations of the federation agreement over net-use-repaid, originally specified on non-governmental level, in the course of the new formulation of the power industry law necessarily and by a national definition.

The StromNEV from 25 July 2005 (announces on 28 July 2005, BGBl. I P. 2225 FF.), came into force on 29 July 2005.
