Economics and sociological Institut is trade unionnear Forschungsinstitut with seat in Duesseldorf. Back 1946 are created economiceconomics Institut (WWI) and 1972 was renamed on. Since 1995 it is integrated into the Hans donation.

Contents

The WSI concerns itself according to own data with economics, job market and structural policy as well as with questions of the tariff, participation and social politics. In the case of its economiceconomics adjustment it sets particularly on effects of the demand. It publishes the appearing monthly WSI reports.

Scientific directress of the institute is Professor Dr. Heide Pfarr. Coworkers are under other Dr. Hartmut Seifert and Dr. Christina Klenner.
