Dwelling house is a type of house, in which the individual dwellings are made available by the landlord against (usually monthly) a payment. Here a mutual contract between landlords and tenants is closed, in whom itself the landlord obligates to grant the use of the rented dwelling while itself the tenant obligates to pay the rent for this agreed upon.
