The DIN 69901 of the German institute for standardization registered association regulates terms in the project management.

She is the successor of the DIN 69900 "critical path method", which covered only these terms. Likewise terms from the project management define the DIN 69902, 69903, 69904 and 69905. This standardization area is to be summarized.

Contents

It is only received thereby on different fundamental ideas such as project, project management or project economy. In the third part the nomenclature is regulated to the project arrangement, project structure plan, work package and critical path method.

In part of 4 project organization, direction of the project and projects manager, in part of 5 project phase, and reports to the project conclusion are defined.
